this is a known issue, as is not really a bug but an inherited problem with using some avi files. You're best off converting your file to wmv since those types of files are indexed and can be slowed down and looped. I'm currently working on adding file conversion to RewindRewind, so that no external programs will be needed. But if you're looking for a way to convert to wmv for free, try google, or go to http://media-convert.com/convert/index.php
